We are dispatching tracked letters from Germany. All orders received before 11:00 am will be shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday. In most countries delivery on Saturdays is possible. We use neutral 20g business envelopes as packaging materials that do not reveal the content. As of international law these letters are bypassing customs worldwide.

Every customer will receive their shipping confirmation on the evening of the order being handed over to the shipping service provider by us.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct recipient address. If the address details were wrong, no replacement shipment will be made. Other reasons: Reship after 14-30 days, depending on your country.

If the buyer is not present at the specified address for the purpose of delivering the goods, the goods usually will be held for collection at a nearby branch of the national postal service for a period of 7 days.
