Legal Situation in Germany – May 2023:

After a missing comma in the NpSG at the beginning of the year temporarily lifted the ban on all LSD derivatives that had been released on the market and unintentionally made the Ministry of Health the hero of the scene, the correction came very quickly. This made the trade of 1V LSD and all previous LSD derivatives punishable by law. Fortunately, the latest derivative, 1D LSD, was not included in the ban and can still be legally obtained. However, there is concern that this may change during 2024. We will certainly keep you updated on this matter.

Legal Situation of 1D-LSD in Germany – October 2022:

2022: We got lucky again. Although 1V-LSD was banned in early October, the producer managed to bypass the ban once again with the new substance 1D-LSD. We are pleased to inform our customers that the substance maintains the usual quality, and distribution continues as usual.

Legal Situation of 1cP-LSD in Germany – January 2021:

2021: The end is in sight! Six years of legal LSD, six years of justice, six years of legality. As the agenda of the BfArM meeting on December 7th already suggested, the ban on 1cP-LSD is already being planned. The results of this meeting have been public since January 25, 2021, and, who would have thought, it’s a ban. Black market does not pay taxes, more dangerous substances will come, and all for nothing.

A concrete draft law will be published in early April, and after confirmation by the Bundesrat, the ban will leave the Bundestag in July and come into effect the following day. We urge every adult citizen to stock up massively. ~50% of every euro paid will flow into the state treasury!

1P-LSD Legal Situation Summary 2018

BASH Designer Labs informs: 1pLSD remains legal!

Legal Situation in Germany – Summary 2018:

A lot has happened in 2018! First and foremost, it should be noted that the legal situation regarding 1P-LSD, ALD-52, and other lysergamides has not changed. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the NpSG to be expanded to include tryptamines, and yes, this expansion will include 1P-LSD, ALD-52, and others. It’s unfortunate because a ban cannot be justified on health grounds. Therefore, the question is not “if” but “when.” While all parties concerned expected the results of the expert committee (Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices) as usual in December, it now seems that this committee will be dissolved. A tender for the formation of a new expert committee (BtMG, NpSG) for the Federal Ministry of Health has been available since December 31, 2018 (LINK). It is not yet clear which experts will be appointed. However, the goal of this change is to introduce a simplified procedure for the inclusion of New Psychoactive Substances in the BtMG in order to avoid an individual examination of each substance.

There is also news regarding the substances we distribute. Through a comprehensive stability analysis that we commissioned, we have been confirmed that the substances 1P-LSD & co. are stable. These legal substances do not spontaneously convert into prohibited substances but only under the influence of strong acids and bases. This fact is confirmed by another independent laboratory (drug-checking), where we regularly have our products tested, with each individual analysis result. In 2017, a German forensic institute chose an incorrect method for analyzing 1P-LSD, which led to the artifact formation of prohibited substances. The opposing opinion presented by this institute was ultimately refuted through our efforts. Therefore, you can continue to rely on the legal acquisition and possession of 1P-LSD without legal consequences.

We wish everyone a healthy start to the new year 2019!
